Exhibits

The exhibition of acoustical products and the interaction between various industry partners is an important aspect of the CAA annual meeting. This page provides more detail on exhibition and sponsorship options. Formal exhibitor registration forms are available here: PDF File or Word File.

This year we made a special effort to ensure that exhibitors would have an excellent opportunity to interact with conference attendees. The figure below shows the main conference area where you can see that the conference attendees will pass through the exhibit area on a regular basis. Coffee breaks will also take place in the exhibit area.

Exhibitors will be welcome to set-up on the morning of the 12th and remain until the end of the conference after lunch on the 13th. Space is available for exhibitors to secure their valuable equipment overnight. Please inform the Exhibit Coordinators of your requirements.

There is space for eight exhibitor tables at a cost of $500/table. Exhibition fees also include coffee breaks, two lunches and the banquet for one person.

Sponsorship

As done in the past, conference organizers are providing additional opportunities for advertising through corporate sponsorship options. This year we arranged a number of sponsorship selections that we invite you to consider. Of course, those offering sponsorship will be appropriately recognized for their contribution.

Corporate sponsors have the option to have a monochrome logo placed on one of two items being provided to all conference attendees. Cost for this option ranges from $750-$1000, but commitment is required prior to 14 June 2006 to ensure that there is enough lead-time for production.

Several hospitality sponsorship options also exist that range in price from $500 to $1000. Please contact the exhibit coordinators to discuss available options.
