Instructions for Abstract and Summary Paper Submission

Abstract Submission

1. Please go here to submit abstract.
2. In the form provided enter the abstract title, authors and affiliations (maximum of 5 authors can be entered).
3. Type, or copy and paste, the abstract text into the form area provided. A limit of 250 words in plain text.
4. Enter all other information into the form. Please make sure contact information, especially the contact email address is correct.
5. After entering all information press the "Submit form to CAA" button.
6. After submitting the form, a webpage will be displayed which confirms that your abstract has been uploaded successfully to the CAA site.

Two-Page Summary Paper Submission

1. Details of the summary paper format are given in these templates: WORD template file or PDF template. Right-click on the links to down-load the template file.
2. After your abstract has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes a website link to the paper upload webpage.
3. Papers to be uploaded to the site must be either a WORD file or a PDF file.
4. The upload webpage contains a "Browse" button. Use this button to select the directory and file to be uploaded to the CAA site. Alternatively you can type in the path and file name in the space provided.
5. After selecting the file, press the "Upload" button.
   • If the upload is successful then the message "Thank You <Your Paper> has been successfully uploaded to the CAA 2006 Conference database." will be displayed.
   • If you have typed in an incorrect path or file name then the name is cleared from the window. You must type in another path and file name or use the "Browse" button to select the file.
   • NOTE: Please ensure that your paper to be uploaded is your final version, in print ready form. Please upload only once.
