Exhibition Registration Form

The exhibition of acoustical equipment and products will take place onTuesday 7 October 2008. The exhibit will have twenty tables fordemonstration of materials, instruments and services. The cost will be$750CAD per table or $550 if paid before July 1st. The exhibit tables willbe located in the conference foyer, adjacent to the session rooms, as shownon the hotel’s website at

Exhibitors will set up on Tuesday morning and take down at the end of theday after the reception; there will be no exhibits on Monday or Wednesday.The table cost will include a draped 8’x2’ table with two chairs andelectricity as well as full conference registration for one person. The coffees and lunches will be adjacent to, and in the same room as theexhibit.

There are also a number of sponsorship opportunities available at $500,$1,000 or $2,000 levels. Sponsors that donate $1,000 or more will get a freeexhibit table. If you are not interested in the exhibit but would like tomake a donation and have your company logo displayed in the conferenceprogram, please get in touch with us.

Signs indicating your company’s sponsorship will be prominently displayed atyour sponsored event or equipment.
