Presentation Length:

The presentations are scheduled for 15-minutes each, plus 5 minutes for questions and
change-over.

Equipment Provided:

Each of the session rooms will have a computer with projector and screen and an
overhead projector with screen. The computer will be a PC with only Power Point 2000
software. A 35mm slide projector will also be available if requested.

Laptop Computers:

To smooth transitions between presenters the Committee strongly
discourages the use of personal Laptop computers. Due to the time required for
change-over and compatibility issues, a single computer in each session room will
handle all of the electronic presentations.

Special Requirements:

When submitting the presentation, please notify the committee if there are any
special requirements for the presentation (such as audio or additional video, or
specialized software).

CD:

Please bring your presentation on a CD.
