The Annual Meeting of the <A HREF="http://www.caa-aca.ca" TARGET="_parent">Canadian Acoustical Association</A> (CAA) builds and reinforces bridges between sub-disciplines of acoustics, over geographical boundaries, and across acoustical and non-acoustical fields. <P>Contributions from all fields of the science of sound are welcome for the CAA meeting, including but not limited to: Architectural Acoustics, Engineering Acoustics/Noise Control, Physical Acoustics/Ultrasound, Musical Acoustics/Electroacoustics, Psychological Acoustics, Physiological Acoustics, Shock/Vibration, Hearing Sciences, Hearing Conservation, Speech Sciences, Underwater Acoustics, Signal Processing/Numerical Methods, and Education in Acoustics.</P> <P>The short abstract should be prepared and sent (for receipt by May 31, 2002) in accordance with the <A HREF="PEIabstract.htm"> instructions provided here</A>. Abstracts will be peer reviewed and will be printed and posted. Go <A HREF="PEIsubmit_abstract.htm">here for direct on-line submission</A>. For those without access to e-mail, digital files on diskette or paper copy should be mailed to either <A HREF="PEI_contacts.htm#Cohen">technical program co-coordinator</A>. The voluntary 2-page proceedings paper is due August 14.
