Charlottetown PE will provide accommodation and meeting space (http://www.deltaprinceedward.pe.ca). The special
(double/single occupancy) room rate for delegates is $109.00 per night. This
rate applies to several days prior and after the conference (including the
following Thanksgiving weekend). To reserve accommodation, please contact the
hotel directly by telephone (1-800-268-1133; Fax 1-902-566- 1745) and mention
the CAA meeting. You may also contact Jason Clark directly (jclark@deltahotels.com, 902-894-1237,
fax 902-566-1746). The reservation cut-off date is September 12, 2002. After
these dates, the special rates are subject to availability. Several other
hotels for every budget are located within walking distances from the

Sept 25, 2002. Please note: Hotel rooms at the Delta
Prince Edward Hotel are now scarce. The Delta hotel will attempt to accommodate
you ( and at the convention rate ) if there is any availability. Call Jessica
directly at (902) 894-1203. Other hotels/motels in Charlottetown having some
available accommodation are: Holiday Inn Express (1-800-HOLIDAY, a 10 - 15
minute drive) and the Dundee Arms ( 902-892-2496, a 15 minute walk).
